This little box is PERFECT!! Everything that came with my Seahorse Pro Plus fits exactly as it should. The pictures really don't do it justice, it's so much nicer than it looks in reality!! I definitely recommend this box if you want a safe easy place to keep your stuff!! Peace...

What makes Triton Shield cases superior?

Triton Shield cases are 3D printed using PETG filament - this allows for a stronger and more resilient case. Tritan case will be able to tolerate higher temperatures and can take harder impacts. PETG filament is resistant to chemicals, water, and fatigue.

My Triton Shield case looks a little different from the pictures on your website, why?

Each case is manufactured and assembled by hand in the USA and because of this, some variations may occur in both the silicone insert and case.

What if my Triton Shield case arrives damaged?

If your Triton case arrives damaged, we want to know! We will exchange the case at no cost to you. You will need to complete the following: provide a photo of the damaged case beside the packaging and sales receipt. Please contact us at tritonshield@protonmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged case with your order number and photo and we will assist in your replacement.

When will I receive my Triton Shield case?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days Monday- Saturday. Successful orders will receive an email with confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an email, or need any assistance with your order please contact customer service at tritonshield@protonmail.com We ship domestically within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you need to manage your delivery after it has been shipped, please contact the carrier directly through the provided shipping information.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Triton Shield case, or it is received defective, it may be returned or replaced. Please contact us at tritonshield@protonmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your case. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all components included. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
